DC ACADEMY OF VETERINARY MEDICINE VETERINARY PRACTICE MANAGEMENT SEMINAR

The DC Academy, in conjunction with the Virginia Maryland Veterinary Managers Association (VMVMA), is hosting a 3 1/2 hour seminar geared to practice managers, recent graduates (after 1/1/2013), practice owners, associate veterinarians, and practice staff involved with practice management issues.

The seminar will be held at the Elk’s Lodge, 8421 Arlington Blvd., Fairfax, VA, and at 4 remote site locations, beginning at 10:00 AM and concluding at 2:30 PM. The remote site locations are at Valley Veterinary Emergency & Referral Center (VVERC), Winchester, VA; The Life Centre (TLC), Leesburg, VA; Dogs & Cats Referral Center, Bowie, MD; VCA Veterinary Referral Center, Gaithersburg, MD. The seminar is live at these sites where you see/hear the same slides/audio as the main seminar. Walk-in registrations are available at the Fairfax site but not at the remote sites. If you plan on attending at a remote site, you must complete a Practice Management Remote Site Registration Form (available in the Remote Site section of the Practice Mgmt. page of the website) by the Friday before the Wednesday seminar.

The DC Academy and VMPMA is offering this seminar free of charge for any recent graduate (after 1/1/2013), and only $50 for veterinarians and practice staff affiliated with a clinic that has at least one DC Academy member (including lunch) . The registration fee is $100 for registrants from practices without a DC Academy member on staff. This type of seminar would normally have a registration fee between $350-$500.
